If you are looking to send emails to prospects you may have a excel spreadsheet or you may have a list you want to email. There are a number of software online but they all cost a monthly subscription or they charge per email which can actually end up losing you month especially on a new start up business.
Even though I would highly suggest using paid tools, this article is based on a free method using a mail merge, excel and outlook 365 (You can use Google Sheets and follow the same method if you need).
The beauty of this is that each individual email will be customised to each recipient. All you will need is the following:
- A business email address (Outlook 365 or Google Workspace
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel (with leads in it)

I just started my recruitment company focusing on the healthcare Sector were i want to be able to help care homes, residential and Hospitals supply Temporary staffs both Healthcare assistant and Nurses. My reason on going into the sector is because i am a Healthcare Assistant. I have sent over 1000 emails to care homes in London and none have replied back to me and also had made some few phone calls.
I just watched some of your videos on YouTube and i do really appreciate it. Please can you explain the steps needed in getting clients online and i will need some clarifications on one of your videos i watched you made mention on Apollo I. O please explain further please.
