How to recruit on linkedin all for free

I demonstrate a training session on how to recruit on Linkedin for free for a .Net Developer. I approach 2 candidates that are open to new opportunities and also 2 employers that are actually looking for .Net Developers.  Below are my templates you can copy and use to send to candidates and clients.

Candidate Template

I hope all is well.

I have been tasked with recruiting for a [vacancy] at present would this be something you wish to explore further?

Happy to send some information across.

[You Names]

Client template

Hi [Name]

I hope all is well.

Currently we are working with [number] [Candidate job titles] and wondered if you require agency support for that particular role?

Happy to email some information across
